Your path from draft to live

Create your account
Register as a business user, complete your profile, and verify your email so customers know who you are.

Upload media & draft deals
Use My media for images, then create a deal with title, category, promo code, discount, dates, and terms.

Submit for review
Send the deal to admin review. While pending, edits are locked. If rejected, you will see the reason and can fix and resubmit.

Go live
After approval — and when dates are active — your deal appears on Deals & Promotions for the Columbus community.
What you manage in your dashboard
- Profile & business — name, contact, and location details customers see.
- My deals — draft, submit, track status, trash, and restore.
- My media — upload images you reuse on promotions.
- My requests — follow service inquiries linked to your account.

How do I list my business on ColumbusOne?

How are deals approved?
You submit a deal from your profile. Admins review it before it goes live so the community sees trusted, accurate offers.
Can I upload images for my listings?
Yes. Use My media in your profile to upload assets, then attach them when creating deals or jobs.
Where do customer messages go?
Service requests and contact messages are handled by the ColumbusOne team. You’ll hear from us when follow-up is needed.
