Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By using ColumbusOne you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for activity under your login.
• You may deactivate your account from settings; reactivation may require admin help.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or harm other users.

3. Deals & promotions

• Business users create deals as drafts and submit them for admin review before they can appear publicly.
• Only approved deals within their valid dates (and not paused or trashed) are shown to visitors.
• You must honor published promo codes and terms while a deal is live. Misleading discounts or fake offers are not allowed.
• Changing core offer fields on an approved deal may send it back to review and remove it from the public site until approved again.
• Promo codes must be unique within your own account; other businesses may use the same code string.

4. Media & content

You must own or have rights to images and text you upload. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content. Deleting a media file may break images still referenced on deals — remove them from deals first when possible.

5. Service requests

Inquiry forms are requests for contact, not a guarantee of work. Provide truthful details. Spam or abusive submissions may be blocked.

6. Public listings

Published technical services and live deals are provided for information. ColumbusOne does not guarantee outcomes of third-party business transactions.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break security, scrape the site abusively, impersonate others, or interfere with other users’ accounts or content.
